One thing that I have especially enjoyed is his additions of God and prayer in the books. Additionally, there is little in the way of violence and foul language. The emphasis is on good storytelling and not on lazy reliance of gratuitous and/or shock elements.
I look forward to many more stories from this author and recommend him highly!
