SIX MOONS, SEVEN GODS

by Robert A. Walker

Six Moons, Seven Gods - Robert A. Walker - The Legends of Baelon
Part of the The Legends of Baelon series:
  • SIX MOONS, SEVEN GODS

Death awaits us all. It’s just far less patient with some.

Sibil Dunn’s world is falling apart.

Her father and best friend have been killed in separate, tragic accidents. Her mother is delusional, and slowly going mad. Her two remaining friends, twin squires, one of whom she has loved secretly since childhood, will soon be knighted and have little time for her.

And things are about to get much worse.

When an uneasy alliance between thieves and assassins threatens to destroy the idyllic kingdoms of Baelon, and her mother claims to foresee the murder of King Axil, Sibil is drawn to Castle Aranox, where loyalty and treachery live under the same roof, true love is made to wait, and dangerous secrets are held close to allegiant hearts.

Caught in a web of murder and intrigue she is ill-prepared for, Sibil grapples with both her future and her past.

A chance encounter with a retired royal guard still loyal to the crown leads to an unlikely bond, and a fight that may well cost her her life.

Six Moons, Seven Gods is Book One in The Legends of Baelon series.

"Author Robert A. Walker has a certain charm about his writing in "Six Moons, Seven Gods." He throws a lure and the reader takes it, slowly getting pulled out of their own reality and into that of the story. Overall, with heaps of interesting characters, good writing, and an excitingly winding plot, anyone who likes medieval fiction would find this book highly interesting."
